With extensive years of experience in synthetic polymer industry, Mr. Kwan Swee Keong has been a key leader at Ridgemonde Chemical & Resins Sdn Bhd, where he currently serves as Business Director and Company Director. He began his career in synthetic polymer dispersion as a Polymer Chemist, where he gained valuable experience working with multinational companies. In 1992, he co-founded Ridgemonde Chemicals & Resins Sdn. Bhd. and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company into a respected leader in the industry over the past 30 years.

Mr. Kwan oversees the design, development, customization, and formulation of innovative polymer dispersions, always aligning the company’s offerings with the evolving needs of the market. His leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking approach to both product and process innovation.
